They would, but way less. Idk if you remember amnesia threads of him texting girls where they would quickly get turned off then ghost him if he didnt mask well enough, esp when he shared his insta or snap that had no motion. He had to fraud his personality and constantly LARP by making up fake stories about his life, and even then some girls saw through it. There are other examples too, like this rugby player:
