i’ve been a fatcel for around a few months now mainly because i’m just lazy as fuck and just have no will power to leanmaxx anymore.

i’m like 88-90kg at 6ft 1 (around 20% bf), at my peak i was around 76-78kg

and holy fuck life is generally unbearable like nothing is fun anymore

going out is fucking aids because i just feel fat as fuck, going gym is aids because i can no longer mog with my shreds, i don’t even bother looking at women anymore tbh cause i just feel like a fat fuck

i don’t buy new clothes because fashion is cope when you are a fatcel, like holy fuck everything feels so pointless

i’ve only just realised tbh that me being a fatcel is the reason why life is so miserable.

if u are sad u are probably just fat and should leanmaxx asap that’s why i have came to a conclusion that i will just start pinning reta.

If you use BAC you don't really need to store it in the fridge unless you're using the same vial for months on end.
Just use it up within a few weeks with BAC and it's all good.

Reta is life tbh. Im on it and do OMAD and even then its hard af to eat. Easy af to do a boring/clean diet as well.

Get a thermos and fill it with ice and water

That’s what I do

Then I store it in the top out of the water but it keeps it cold
