It's been 7 years since I've been lean because counting calories and trying to be In a deficit with my metabolism has been absolutely not working but now I don't think I will eat a 156g of chicken breast everyday which I can't even have with cooking oil because of extra calories. I might remodify my diet to include grilled teriyaki chicken fillets.
