Surgery can make the biggest difference out of anything, but I will personally never do it as you can go down a rabbit hole of never ending surgeries and never being satisfied. There is also a huge chance of complications and alien-like looking results. Would much rather improve appearance naturally personally.

I won't share everything, unfortunately.

2) You can alter your nose shape just by performing some exercises after applying warm Rosemary oil. No rhino is needed.

3) Walk tiptoed around the house for at least 45 mins, during the DAY and at NIGHT. You will definitely grow taller by 3-4 inches but no more.
