stop exposing our methods bro. Yes they are legit but dont add 2.5 basically their just shoes with built in lifts, and lifts whenever you actually step on them will compress. So originally they may be 2.5 but then when they squish it goes down. They add like 1.5 max if that even. I was taller wearing airmaxxes i think but not sure. The only advantage of these shoes over regular lifts is that these shoes lifts are perfectly fitted and attached to bottom so wont slip out

yeah in order to actually gain a authentic 2.5 u would need some thick soles rather than lifts. But thick soled shoes are usually obvious or are uncomfortable
