I am 30 years old.

My teenage and specifically summer vacation years were the best years of my life. It goes to shit after that.

Just FYI

I work in accounting/finance.

But you will never have the free time like you do in school as an adult
agree but you are looking it from a wrong perspective you should rather focus on financial independence right now rather than showing off or chasing bs flashy things and tbh by 30 you most prolly are at your absolute prime possible use it to date girls you want to

I agree bro. I save like crazy. I have around 500,000 saved up

I used leveraged and tech stocks as well as traditional non-leveraged etfs such as voo, vong , vgt and am starting to use GRID. I used spxl and TECL for the past 4.5 years and have gotten insane gains. I don't sell, mainely because I don't want to deal with all the tax/IRS/paperwork bullshit on these huge amounts of gains, but I don't put any money in them anymore either. I just use the vong, voo and I just started to use GRID now. These are safer, non leveraged etfs.

My dad also have me 80,000 in the voo about 12 years ago and it grew to over $150,000. I am a 30 years old , oldcel, and I still live with my parents(I know, im old for that) but I saved over $500,000 so far. Much if it is due to crazy gains in leveraged/tech etfs and stocks.

I work in accounting/finance and am working on my CPA too(mainly to get a better job and to get away from the disgusting, fat pigs at my office/zoo)
