logic aside i hope youre doing okay for yourself and i hope the best for you in the future, and even if it's difficult please do try to be solution-oriented so you can get out of the rut-hole asap, I may not have been in your shoes but I had terrible mental health a few years back which I solved by constantly seeking out solutions so maybe, just maybe that'll help you too
