What are you doing to improve your situation?

Well I have been trying to get a 2nd job to earn 2x as much to no avail. Other than that, I don't know what else I could do.
The majority of my main issues are genetic such as my severe diseases.

Okay but i am mainly talking about being born rich. I would so much better off if I was rich coz I could treat my disorders so much more efficiently. My life is living hell and I wanna fucking kms no joke.
