I won't argue the existance of god, even though I doubt there is one at this point tbh.
Let's say you ascend, and you get a girlfriend. then u get harassed by some dudes and some give u a good punch and u die hitting ur head on the concrete.
all that effort just to die like that. or ur a random poor ugly indian and a random tire falls on your head, i mean theres thousands of these videos online.
life is legit meaningless and just random chaos.
it is indeed like a simulation, everyone follows their genetic destiny. Every action is already predetrmined by your genetics. It is completely over.
Even me wasting my time writing this post is because of how my brain is built and my environment. I think it's gay to be depressed tho, even if its all meaningless i like to pretend im happy at least. im just too self aware for my own good, not even high iq.
