So it’s just complete lack of motivation I’m assuming. Only solution is to just force yourself to be productive and healthy. Like you said, you feel like mold. You want to stop feeling like mold? Then do things. You will feel worse than mold when you have to force yourself to get up and do stuff, but over time you will begin to feel better about yourself. You will accomplish things. Sounds corny af but it’s true. It’s a long-term investment but you have to take the dip.

Again this sounds corny but going to the gym will help. One misconception is people think going to the gym will fix all their problems. This is just not true. The gym, if you make it through the beginner stage (2weeks to a month) will help you build discipline. Not saying this will fix all your problems. But it leads to more opportunity. You can meet people, take care of your health and yourself, and genuinely make your life better.
