Life is not that good physically

I think life is like a big sport. You know when people say sex/girls is not that good. In terms of mental dopamine perhaps not but especially in the west its a massive symbol of pride to have children/ a hot girlfriend.

Take cristiano ronaldo guy was basically one of the highest smv people at 23 he could have not tried as much as he did but he has worked extremely hard in football probably putting himself in a lot of pain.

So when I look up to guys like Chico I don't envy the dopamine they got as people take drugs, people eat junk food all day etc. Its the fact that he was always the winner, the tall cool guy and went on to get paid so much for his looks.

And you should add this to your life don't be afraid to work hard even if it makes you feel physically worse, always try your best in your studies and everything you do and if you have looks potential work on it because we're here just to be the alpha not really to feel good all the time

Basically I think you know when you play video games and you win it feels good but more in a pride way. If you drink alcohol and eat a takeaway you get a dopamine feeling.

I think life is more about the first one but the objectives are girls, job and money, it feels like more of a pride and victorious feeling

I see. Also the will is more fun and entertaining than the objective itself in some cases. Meaning the time you're building yourself is more fulfilling than the time you already made it. The time, dedication, will, thoughts about the win etc.

personally id much rather be cristiano than chico, the dopamine u get knowing u worked ur ass harder than everyone else even if it took a lot of suffering but knowing u are the worlds best and everyone dick rides u
