I need to take a t break off caffeine for a week i’ve been drinking like 600mg a day or more and don’t feel shit anymore

I drink 1 litre of pepsi or energy drinks. It affects me immediately once it enters my bloodstream. You might just mot be as sensitive as i am

I did that and went back on it and it hit me again. Im planning on quitting tho to increase my baseline dopamine levels.
