Life is so horrible, that i just sleepmax

I will do an insane thing today, i will straight up ask doctor to prescribe me sleeping pills, if it fails, i dont care i buy many sleep aids at the pharmacy, i can only win.

I think i will say, i need 3 hours to fall asleep and wake up multiple times at night. Sounds like a plan. It can fail though, i dont trust doctors

take 50mg benadryl for sleep man it always put me to sleep and I feel better the next day

they will probably prescribe seroquel or quietapine (kind of the same thing I think), it puts you to sleep but makes you more depressed you will feel tired 24/7
