Life is a fight against pain, meaninglessness
Most of all a fight against yourself
Ever overcoming and growing
Our problem is we sanitized everything too much and demonized what life really is
The purest and most virile state of life is righteous anger against your obstacles, and the subsequent commotion. The time where life is the most real is in war against something. No, I’m not the crazy one. You are. You’re not obsessed enough.
When I say war, I don’t mean the foolish perversion most of us are taught in school about as “war”. I mean something more individual and ancient. The war most are familiar with when you say the word is also a scam and thievery of humanity.
We used to glorify this but somewhere along the way lost it
Except we never changed, we just changed the world
To something more comfortable, like a Hallmark movie. And all of the baggage that comes with that territory.
Now we live in a world that fundamentally misunderstands humanity
Without war, there is no love. Without hate, there is no passion. Humanity is war and war is humanity.
