Im pretty sure they would throw his kratom in the garbage can if they knew. A doctor or nurse would Google "kratom" and see "oh its a opioid receptor agonist" so they wouldnt allow it. Atleast thats what would happen if they find kratom in a sweden ward.

Its only legal to posses kratom but illegal to consume it. I dont think they would even care about the legality issue though they would just throw it away based on the fact its a psychoactive compound.
