21. Don’t even know how it all went out so fast. Shit just fell apart after a week of rotting actually.View attachment 1530026
How old are you bhai?
That isn’t noticeable? Jfleasily treated etc
normal for 21 , you probably will be noticeably balding at 25 or something
My dad is bald. He’s the only bald one out of all his siblings. I’m not sure if this is due to stress or tension from shit posture. I lean back a lot when I drive, and I sleep against a sofa arm.Aren't u asian? Jfl Asians are the least likely to bald.
Yeah probably. All those threads bitching about shit, road rage, and lack of sleep.Higher stress this month?
Caffeine causes stress in the body by the way.
Other possible causes, change in nutrition, anything that increases your testosterone.
its the fucking earliest of the earliest stages of balding JFLThat isn’t noticeable? Jfl
That has to be it. Focus on your sleep, and lowering your stress (Solving problems in your life so you have more time to relax).Yeah probably. All those threads bitching about shit, road rage, and lack of sleep.
I sleep at like 3-6 am on average this past month
My hair was so good 3-4 years ago…That has to be it. Focus on your sleep, and lowering your stress (Solving problems in your life so you have more time to relax).
If you have time to relax, Doing moderate workouts at a relaxing pace that feels comfortable can be really good for stress. You could do yoga from videos or something if you don't have a gym membership yet.
Focus on your breathing and body throughout the day when you can, and breathing slow and deep, and keeping your posture open and taking up space. That will also help lower your stress, which will improve sleep. Try to feel your breathing slowly like it's ocean waves throughout the day.
Get your stress under control. Your hair might return, or at the least stop getting worse.
