Nearing my 30 week mark of being on roids here are some things I’ve noticed improved in my life and some things I recommend you do and don’t do based on my personal expierence as roiding as a teen
LIFE CHANGES: glazed everywhere I go by mainly by males, not a day goes by where no one’s on my dick for simply being jacked, constant stares and compliments in the gym and people being suprised I’m 17, my dating life has significantly improved, I’m with someone but have other females trying to talk to me constantly and some of my old exes tried to come back, I feel good 24/7 especially if my sleeps on point always have a drive
DO’S AND DONTS
1. GET LEAN FIRST TO MAKE THE MOST OUT OF YOUR TEST, run Reta first as your insulin sensitive will be shit at high bf% and you’ll waste your cycle and also aromatize like crazy, large majority of sides can be mitigated by just being lean, don’t start your cycle above 15%
2. STOP USING CERTAIN COMPOUNDS TO APPEAR LEAN AND JUST GET LEAN, stop waiting money on mast, primo, winstrol etc, I only realized this after getting lean that I was wasting money on DHTs to appear then when I could just get lean and stay on test only and have the same look
3. DONT START OFF USING AN AI, you Don’t even know how much you’ll aromatize I see guys running 500 test and instantly get on an AI who knows maybe you won’t aromatize much at 500 mg vs another guy so don’t be retarded and crash your e, slowly go up until you get high e sides then slightly lower your dose
4. DIET IS KING, insulin sensitivity is pretty much the most important thing for putting on muscle tissue and minimizing fat gain, don’t fall for the “if your on roids you can just eat pizza and gain muscle and loose fat” that only applies if your on shit like tren and t3, stay lean, carb cycle, and walk for 15-20 min after every carb heavy meal
5. DONT RUN TREN YOUR FIRST CYCLE TARD, tren is amazing the only side I got was the paranoia this shit had me thinking my girl was cheating every fucking second of the day and made me want to kill everyone and myself, Lwk makes you retarded too, test is best for your cycle cycle with some GH and var maybe, if you are gonna run tren you don’t need much especially if your starting a small lifter all you need is 50-150 mg
