Maybe it's legit getting worse. I feel like the main thing that motivates me is progress/change. I put forth energy to do something and eventually it gets done. Making a new account on here has severely stunted my ability to do that though lol. I think I'll be getting over that soon though, sometimes the productivity comes and goes in phases. But I think if you just had some kind of thing you were regularly putting forth effort towards long term you might feel a little more purposeful. The hard part is finding something that interests you and is satisfying.
