I don't do drugs nor alcohol (only tried it once) but eat junk food all the time, I've been trying to quit for quite some time now and keep failing, after some days I get those cravings that just cannot be sated with regular food, regular food tastes bland as shit, my intention in stopping junk food was to avoid aging as much as possible.
