Since my phone broke and i dont listen to anything while being out, I just cant handle it my head starts to hurt

Today i needed documents for my job and evrything i wanted to do didnt work out eve tho it should
I have no energy or will to do anything today im at 0%

Only if i have anything to work on or build something there i rather do it without music because its pretty distracting
