Never drink tap water
Drink fruit juices
Eat a meat-based diet
Eat raw if you can
If cooked hydrate the meat with real butter
Get all the sunlight you want
Have one partner
Have as many children as possible
And overall just listen to your natural senses

Modern Society is here to complicate things, if you go out there in nature what complications do you find? life is simple find food and water build shelter... now go out there to big cities and life is full of complications
