i have severe body dysmorphia

my sister has severe autism and it is just getting worse - she is practically mute now

my parents are getting divorced and my mum almost commited suicide a couple months ago

my biggest exams are coming up and i can't even force myself to do any work

my friends are fake

By accepting how the world is. To forgive yourself and others it may be hard but atleast it's worth it
Be calm with your sister and maybe get her to speak . Autists are hard to deal with but they can't control it by themselves
