Ive recently begun wearing these anke support straps to help with my goofy walk caused by my disability
i got recommended this by @OrbitMax thanks bhai, this is alternative to the way more embarrassing and uncomfortable AFOS

Maybe its just placebo but I feel my heel hitting the ground alot more now, id like to know if any others know more about this, but I doubt there is many of us.
Also very annoying since I haven't worn afos for 4 years since I turned 18 and asked doctors for alternatives constantly and got nothing. I dont wanna end up in a wheelchair and get stared at when I walk so this is a little bit of lifefuel for me
