What strength gains have you made in the gym in terms of shoulder exercises? Overhead press, arnold press etc? Cause if you lift like 100kg+ in standing OHP, your shoulders will have grown.

Like I get your point, you can't make your bones grow. But obviously 3D delts will make you look wider, same as having wide lats and narrow waist.

But shoulders are pretty minimally used in the bench press. You need to work your side delts especially for the width part. In fact having a huge bench press likely means you have good pec development, but says little about your side delts.

I recommend start working your side delts hard af, they will likely catch up quick because they have been stressed to a certain degree through your bench training.

People perceive frame in 3 dimensions. It’s not just how wide you are, they will be able to see his rib cage and overall torso and bone thickness doesn’t match his cartoon clavicles and he will just look weird
