Emotions can shift as you navigate through life's challenging moments. Just as when surfing a wave, there are highs and lows, and during those low points, remember the intense human instinct to live and reproduce remains within you. This deep-seated drive often surpasses other emotions, signaling the enduring resilience passed down through generations. Just like the millions who lived through far worse conditions and still persevered, you too share that same tenacious human spirit, but with the added bonus of a more favorable situation. We are all stuck with this desire of survival and reproduction whether we like it or not. So why not work every quark of your being toward making the next-in-line to have this desire have a more favorable situation? Because if not we are letting this cycle of suffering continue.

Heard of that, lifelong depression? Hopefully, we will find a cure for that and the cycle will break, there is no reason why that should exist
