Lifehack for nasal breathing during nighttime

So i was a mouthbreather during my early teens because of my deviated septum. When i started various whitepill methods i stopped mouthbreathing during the day (Ex. Expanding the pallate with thumbpulling). But still sometimes during the night i simply couldnt stop mouthbreathing, until i found these products. Idk if this has been mentioned yet, but here are the products (there are not the exact ones, since here in spain we have other variations):

It honestly surprised me how just putting these made my nasal breathing 10 times better.
With only these, i stopped mouthbreathing completely, but if you wanna go overboard try this:

Yeah. Mouth taping is legit and has cured my nightime mouthbreating. Also makes my sleep higher quality.
More convenient than OP's solution, for sure.

Yes as long as you don't have sever sleep apnea

Far more energy, need less sleep, heappier overall

I thought you need to use your muscles to lift up your mouth
