Thought I will add in some insane lifehack recipes since I been experiment around with the time I had working from home past few months, they are less than 5 min of effort but appetising, ridiculously healthy and delicious:
KAANJI SHARBAT:
2 Carrots Chopped
1 beetroot chopped
Yellow mustard seeds-1tbsp
Black pepper corn-1tbsp
Salt-1tbsp
1.5L Water
Step-1-Grind the mustard seeds, black pepper corn, salt together.
Step-2-Add the chopped carrots and beetroots in a large 2L bottle/ flask that can be covered with a wooden lid/ muslin cloth. Add the ground mixture from Step-1 to it and then pour the 1.5L of water over it.
Step-3-Keep this in the sun (lid covered) for 3-5 days depending on the intensity of sunlight in your area.
Step-4-Take a whiff after the time and you should be able to tell its fermented since it would smell a bit like Kombucha. Now refrigerate for a few hours.
There's a probiotic drink that mogs Kombucha, Vaas, Kefir etc IMO. And ridiculously easy to make. If you have access to black carrots, would come out even more kickass, and its freaking delicious, feels a bit like red wine but without the alcoholism and guilt and is an actual liver detox.
