Sleep 9 hours a day, eat a lot + protein (stop caring about leanmaxxing), run or do sports, lift weights, stretch, wear softer shoes, inject HGH if possible. Man I didn't know height was so important, I would have done all of this but my time is over.

Haven’t injected hgh simply because of how hard it would be for me to source, inject, monitor all my triglycerides or whatever bs it is, not to mention it is expensive has bad sides and doesn’t guarantee that I grow a mm. I also don’t stretch what stretches should I be doing and why. Also any advice on eating more? I weigh 130 lbs

im like 6'1 and i feel like shit after gettig towered over by some boney 6'5 - 6'3 guy. I cant image how it must feel being sub 5'10 getting heightmogged by almost everyone. The height insecurities don't stop until you are at least 6'3 ngl.
