i deadass believe my life will be different when i bench 315lbs (143kg ) even for a rep
no excuse for not being strong and 100kg is barely past beginner level tbh

i think naturally i wont be even able to bench 100kg my genetics are such subhuman for putting on muscle ( 6.7 inch wrist that too dominant hand)
