I’m curious, what is the opinion here on ”optimizing lifestyle” when you’re young? Naturally fixing testosterone? Supplementing shit everyday? Does it actually benefit much in terms of growing bones, gaining height, fixing frame etc? Or are the gains negligible and is roiding and using exogenous hormones the only way to achieve anything substantial?
I asked ChatGPT this question, and from my understanding gains are mostly in velocity and timing of growth, not the final outcome. Do y’all agree with that?

Just blast steroids everyday

This may be water but it helped me have some noticeable changes at 19 going from 5’10 to 6’1, thicker brows and lashes, even a more prominent jawline. May have been a late growth spurt but I’m sure that these lifestyle choices had definitely boosted my testosterone.

lift heavy weights, stay lean, and get consistent, high-quality sleep.

Eat enough calories with healthy fats (eggs, red meat, olive oil) and avoid chronic calorie deficits.

Manage stress and limit alcohol, because high cortisol and drinking suppress testosterone.

Also make sure vitamin D, zinc, and magnesium levels aren’t low, since deficiencies directly reduce testosterone.
