I hear people saying shit like lifting on erda will give you scoliosis

Honestly i have a hard time believing this cus like erda caused scoliosis in like a few patients that were all taking 6+ mg.

I get not lifting on erda because your joints go to shit but i play a sport, im in the off season right now so training is pretty chill but ill end up having to squat once in a while and if i wanna take erda how fucked over would i be? I can get blood work for phosphate, i can take sevelamer, so i know i can keep my phosphate levels in check. If the only sides are joint pain ill be able to deal with that, same for fatigue, just rawdawg that shit like a fucking chad.

try to avoid 80-95% effort lifts if you can

otherwise just lift to maintain muscle as hypertrophy should not be your biggest goal right now

If you’re on Erda, my son, I’d suggest not pushing your training to 100%, bhai.

Thats what i figured, my coach doesnt have us go over 80% very often, i could just maintain my OLY lifts while im on erda, and when i come off i can go have my fun, run some sarms or some bullshit, and then catch up on the month of progress i lost. I WILL go to states lol.

As long as you don’t touch the spine nothing changes also the scoliosis in not a side effect of Erda but more of insane growth velocity so as long as you aren’t growing 10cm yearly don’t worry
