Lifts are a huge scam

Just bought some “3 inch boosting lifts” these do not boost anywhere near 3 inches. When companies say they boost three inches, thats how much tall the ends are uncompressed. Lifts need compression or they will hurt ur foot and make it obvious. If it says 3 inch boosters they will probably only boost 1-1.5 inches. If you were to genuinely boost 3 inches with lifts it would hurt ur feet and wouldnt even fit in the shoes. Ur better off just buying height boosting shoes tbh. I recommend conzuris

Also the heavier u are the more ur feet will be compressed anyways. If u are like 200 pounds they will barely add like half a inch
