Im around 6’1-6,2 with a good frame , but today i decided to try 1-2 inch lifts , i was wearing air force 1s so combined all that and the lifts i was touching almost 6’3, boarderline 6’4 because i was standing next to my 6’4 ish manager and i was the same height . The difference is night and day . It also makes me stand with better posture . I enjoyed standing over manlets and walking with my chest up , got tons of more ios from women also . I didnt feel real . I mogged every man that walked

am 6'1 in some big shoes. 0 difference of irl treatment from 5'11. But that could be because avg dutch height is 6'1 so it's not a halo, but you would still expect a difference going from 5'11 to average dutch height

Somewhat around that , some rated me boarderline chadlite , but the as long as you have a ok face and your white , the lifts are seriously worth it

6'4 is 1% irl everywehre but the netherlands, dinaric alps and dinka tribe. Even in the netherlands it is a halo

If you are already tall , then yes lifts are worth it 100% . I only saw one person in my entire life wear lifts he was a 5’7 kid trying to fraud to 6’0 and it was obvious because of his limbs and proportions
