Never get them, maybe only for nigthclubs at best. They restrict mobility too much for the height given. Also lifts will not fit in all shoes no.

Height mogging people was fun when I wore them but I would rather my feet not hurt all the time. Try them once and make sure they are not obvious. That is all I can say.

I wear them daily, they don’t hurt unless I’m standing for a while.
