Light bulbs for best lighting?

Anyone know anything about this? I read that the best ones are the ones that emit white light?
The one I have in my bedroom and most of my house give off a kind of shitty dark orange light. I want to look my best when I take pictures and look in the mirror for dopamine boosts.

Would that give the same effect as being outside? I always heard that best pictures are taken outside but tbh imo it varies a lot. One minute you can take a great photo and the other minute you can be a total subhuman.

just get a tripod and go outside. Women take hundreds of pictures and only pick 2-3. They know their shit

I have that. I can take good photos during the summer but in winter it's rare. It requires effort too since I don't want to be a narcy aspie who takes out a tripod in the middle of a busy street and starts snapping pictures of himself.

I'm in England, i'm lucky if the sun comes out at all during winter jfl, most of the time it's just gray until it starts during dark around 4:30pm

then be low inhib and get a friend to take pics no matter how busy it is

no point taking pics if ur social life is shit, get friends first unironically so u are good at socially interacting. Taking pics inside is aspie behaviour, you can try but if ur taking pics for tinder or some shit then good luck

I want good pictures so my social life is not shit. I just need to get a gf from Tinder, tbh I don't give a fuck about having male friends. Why is it aspie behaviour? From what i've seen most people's pictures are inside. I have one picture where i'm out with a group of friends so i'll use that one too just to show i'm not a basement dweller. For my main picture I just want something that clearly shows my face. Altogether i'll only use like 2 or 3 pictures anyway.

What's the second best light? No sunlight where I am during winter. And when I do get sunlight it's really shitty. Will have to wait until summer for good sunlight.

i've also been thinkgen about it, i recently bought a selfiestick/tripod, i think i might buy one of those light rings to it, because you can switch between white light, warm light etc

I got a shitty tiny ring light that attaches to my phone and I didn't see a difference tbh.
