Only fakeup a guy should use is on eye brows with some colored contacts but even that will make your look feminine. Any kind of concealer will look fake.

I only use a concealer to hide blemishes and acne scars, and on my undereyes if I didn’t get enough sleep the night before.

IMO It’s not that hard to pull off, you only need to use a little (given you pick the right color for your skin tone). I’ve never gotten caught and I’ve been using concealer for a couple years.

I think the reason why mine looks fake is because it's too light. Correct me if im wrong but the colour should be lighter than the dark colour of undereye, but not as light as tone of normal skin?

I think it's fine if it's the same tone as your skin, if it's not light enough you'll just need more of it and thus run the risk of it being obvious

I tried sometimes fro dark circles, concealer. It's fucked up, to color match skin. When you look fake as a man, aka they know or suspect makeup. It's not cool. it has to look natural.
