People in Veracruz look somewhat black, obviously they're not black like Dominicans but they sure have black ancestry. On average Mexicans are like 5/10% Black, 5/10% blood barely shows on anyone, maybe in slightly darker skin and hair texture. If someone has wavy hair or curly hair and is mxican they probably have more black blood, Europeans and native Americans have straight hair.
