The issue is that a very light sun tan makes my skin look wayyyyyyyy healthier.

Retin - a hypothetically could help my skin improve after months and months.

But I cannot mix the two.

So which is it??

My skin;

ur skins needs tretinoin. U already look late 20s. So u need tretinoin. The sun will just continue to age u and u already look old so theres that.

Idk why but your hair looks oily and geasy / shiny in a bad way and unkept. You should fix that up and try to grow a fuller more well kept beard

Lycopene is far better for coloring. Yellow< red undertones

wym ur not sure what that means im sayint u look like you would be in a movie or tv show tryna think of who tho
I’m not sure. But I only want stuff that helps me improve. Me being an actor is just like irrelevant information

Eat high vitamin A (retinol) foods like free range eggs, you will tan better and your skin will improve.

My body is decent rn. I just bulked a bit cutting now again. I’m actually black coffee fasting as we speak. Feeling a bit jittery.

Build a basetan (summer coming)
Maintain with MT2
Take Tret in the Fall/Winter
Perform Gua Sha to Debloat and Antiage

Damn. I was hoping I’d get a consensus

Can’t use tret while getting a base tan.

Also I tan easily. Melanotan gives priapism and eyeball moles.

Are you trusting redditors? Or have you experienced sides from tanning and using tret?

Same question for MT2?

If you want to be safe simple solution:
Build up base tan in spring/summer, take lots of cartenoids/pigment enhancers
Then during fall/winter, cycle onto tret and anti age max

You can reap benefits of tret using half of year. Do not need to take forever if you remain on low dose.
You don't have crazy acne so just for antiaging right?

You can use retin a and supplement beta carotene. Thats what i’ve been doing this whole winter and my face has a sunkissed tone . Looks way better than a real tan tbh

I mean RealSelf and other places highly discourage sun exposure on tret

Beta carotene makes my fat pads orange and the lean areas unchanged.

Shouldn't be too much of an issue with proper suncream application
I'll probably stop tret on sunny summer days tho

If too high inhib to try,

Just take lycopene and other pigment enhancers and use Tret

Fix hair and vampire max
Fix hair what do u mean

Yeah. I mean I usually wear zinc tinted sunscreen. But if I use it I don’t get any color. It does a great job.

Ye well u don't wanna use tret without suncream.
Idk, I don't think I'll try and tan again. Maybe try tinted moisturizer or fake tan

u can still tan while using tret but yes you will be burned way easier. honestly i havent tanned in a while now because i got my skin in pretty good condition.
