LIGHTEN LINE BETWEEN EYEBROWS

I must have been hunter eye frauding or something in elementary , I was always mad so now I have like 1 line between eyebrows from making the face, but it’s not like a dent it just looks dark the skin there. It makes me look like I have a unibrow sometimes. How do I lighten that specific area to match rest of skin
