Lightening skin from tan to white

I'm mixed white and curry, as a result I have caucasian facial features but my skin is too tan for my liking. I roughly have the skin tone of Mediterranean people (Spanish, Silician, Greek, etc.)

I've been using kojic acid soap, alpha arbutin, and sunscreen every day. Whilst it has cleared up all the dark spots and freckles on my face, I am still fairly tan. What's the solution, hydroquinone 4%? What will whiten my skin the quickest? I want to be as pale as possible.

Hydro 4% is a quick way to bleach but if u already have lighter skin kojic acid should be enough

Bro isn't it complicated for u guys to apply cream all over ur face like ears neck etc I find it hard (in theory , ive not applied anything to my face yet ) im taned too ( bad way ) idk let me know abt yall
