Lighter skin higher SMV because of European standards?

I edited images of my current face to match the skin tone of me when I was younger, I had brown hair and light tan skin and I just looked.. better.

As you can see this Indian foid looks WAY better with light skin (water Ik)

But why? What's so special about lighter skin is it a psychological reason (European dominance) or is it biological (the ancient Arabians love for blonde haired women)? Also what would the standard look like if It were instead Niggas who conquered the world?

She has no hyperpigmentation, has makeup, eyeliner, lip liner and other makeup in the 2nd photo

Also slimmer more feminine and symmstrical chin, smaller nose, more symmetrical face
