Martial arts/fighting is the father to all sports, including football, basketball, icehockey and anything regarding competition such as chess, competitive videogames and etc.


All those sports and forms of competition that I mentioned before exist as a form of non-violent competition.

You see, humans decided that there should be forms of competition that doesn't use violence (or at least little), so because of that "sports" such as football, basketball and anything like that was born.




This is the reason why you can call pure fighting/martial arts the father of all the existing sports in this world.
