If you take care of yourself even a little bit some girls will sleep with you and date you IRL.

Which is why follower count matters. So say it's 1 in 2 million girls, then you better have more than 2 million followers to have a good chance of getting a girlfriend.

For some guys it might be 1 in 100K. Follower count is always going to matter, because it gives you more dating opportunities independent of looks.
