for pussies it will be always pain, ur friend prob was still living with mom or got surgery from bad doctor and didnt exercise properly so he deserves that lol
with good doctor 7cm (my case) is pretty good to recover and pain isnt that bad, there are cases of good recovery with 10cm+ on both limbs but it requires time, brain, money + good doc
