You could gain 2 inches on your wingspan via humerus lengthening, same method as leg lengthening (internal or external)

Stay for 2 weeks, return home to lengthen
First follow up Is 2 weeks later, then go every 3 weeks
PT at home

Helpful for your proportions but I don't think I'd recommend it unless it looks really bad. Arm length is insignificant in attractiveness apparently (https://royalsocietypublishing.org/doi/10.1098/rsos.171790) but aesthetics and proportions, yes.

Like 30-50 grand JFL.

I'd say my +4 ape index helps me reach out to things better and not proportionally feel like a manlet at 5'7" and it'll help when I get LL.
