Limbal ring question

So my limbal ring is really strong and dark in the winter and kind of meh in the summer and other seasons

any explanation for that

sry for bad picture but it's what i could find from winter

and now it's kinda bland

I do get much more sunlight in warmer seasons, of course

well idk but i don't get magically younger in winter either

i've noticed it for at least 2 winters now
