its because your face has tension and also because youre not moisturizing enough. Do both and you will be fine, also sleep more and work out more.

Age doesn't matter collagen is genetics, you can always optimise it though

Well i have too you reached toxic stage only way that i fixed is aajonus vonderplanitz diet also i gained a lot of fat to reduce lines

It’s called the nasojugal groove. It makes you look older and tired. The good news is that you can get rid of them or at the very least improve them.

Better sleep, hydration, moisturization and exercise should fix.

Hydration and moisturization most important, drink a lot more water and make sure for ur skin never to be dry,also moisturize after every shower due to the hot water stripping the oil from ur skin.

Also if you dont wash your face, do. Washing your face (i recommend cetaphil cleanser it has worked best for me) gets rid of all the dead skin and shit and can improve skin texture by a lot.
