Lines on face showing up at 15, questions abt hair care

I'm getting under eye lines, not eye bags but itachi lines of soughts, and i was wondering what could i do to fix them, i do have sensitive skin which lines out ceradimes but if anyone had any ideas, also i was wondering about hair care any suggestions for pomades, or texture powders and shampoos / conditions , since the front of my hair is starting to look semi dead while the rest is healthy ( may be because of over manipulation but idk ) and also any other softmaxxs that people do because the articles are all jst hella expensive shit.

no bro i currently put in nothing at the front, it's not dead hair really its just wirey, it could be how i was my hair ( once a week ) or possibly genetic or sun exposure.
