Hi,

I have been super skinny during my development years ( something like 17 BMI) and wondering if that made me have bad undereye support due to the fat not the bone itself.

Do you think there is a link?

In general yes, being skinny will cause more hollowing

But most likely, you have some proptosis. Or you dont have deep set eyes, since fat loss in the periorbital is usually not seen with people who aren't 40+

I don't think that I have proptosis(buggy eyes) but my eyes aren't deep set either

Proptosis, in a sense, doesnt always mean bug eyes
If your eyes aren't deep set, that's a falo, and it causes most of the problems that people claim is "infraorbital recession" [which doesn't actually exist, its just the maxilla] such as scleral show, High PFH, unideally long pfl, uncompact and circular eye shape, etc... Droopy lower eyelid, the shit just goes on and on.

The only way to fix it is orbital decompression, and we are quite lucky that cosmetic procedures for these are quite benign....

having deep set eyes is a halo, not having them is not a failo . Protruding eyes would be a failo.

it increases PFH and creates a droopier eyelid... By deep set eyes, its not just carsenbrah level deep set eyes

<-- deep set
Both Elias and him have deep eyes

<--deep set

The only difference here is the nose bridge [Radix]
You can clearly see carsenbrah has a way more protruding nose bridge, which, brings the browridge front as well.. Creating the extreme deep set illusion
