Lol. If you are getting that many offers you would probably negotiate some insane salary. Friend from uni is making a 250 K base and 40-60k stock bonus within 1 year of programming.
Other buddy is making 300K.

$250k is big cap though with 1 year of experience. Unless he has an ivy degree + connections + big tech internships that's complete BS.
